Garden City Chiropractor arrested, accused of video voyeurism

GARDEN CITY, Idaho (CBS2) —

Garden City police say they arrested Dr. Justin Anderson after they say a patient found a video recording device in an exam room while she was changing.

The incident reportedly happened on the 16th at his office on North Glenwood.

Police say the woman left the office and contacted them after finding the device.

Detectives opened an investigation, and officers arrested Anderson on Wednesday.

He is charged with two felony counts of video voyeurism.

Investigators say in cases like these there are often more victims.
